Less dust is attracted to the surface of the lens. Low friction reduces the buildup of triboelectric charges, while enhanced conductivity slowly discharges the surface.

The anti-UV protection absorbs more than 99.9% of harmful UV radiation. It protects a clear lens to 385nm and a tinted lens to 400nm.
